This quite simple
Install the openVPN for your OS and then disable the firewall for the TAP Win32 V9 in Windows and use IFConfig to disable the firewall on linux systems
On Windows Right Click on the icon in the taskbar and Click the Edit Config file.. and ensure the following is config file and Click save.

RIGHT CLICK again and CLICK Connect.
Thats it you are done.. you have established a a site to site and also a mobil VPN.. all the Cam and PC with MXCC can be pinged from any sites..
